Erica Livingston and Laura Interlandi, co-founders of Birdsong Brooklyn are doula exrtaordinaires! Through experience and intuition, Birdsong provides a clear, calm presence that can empower and strengthen familes through transition. Their goal is for families to feel lighter, more rested, supported and able to enjoy the precious days of parenthood with humor, love and a general feeling of goodness. I came to Birdsong through a 13 week mentorship program that forever changed my life. The Birdsong women opened my mind and heart to the deep vulnerability required to hold space for other humans.

Helena Dolny
Author of Before Forever After and founder of Love, Legacy, and Dignity, Helena Dolny is a brilliant teacher and an incredible human on so many levels. Before Forever After is about containing suffering and optimizing joy, offering a kaleidoscope of stories, from birth to death and life in between. There’s a nugget of a question embedded in every story: What relevance does this have in my life – and the choices I’m making in regard to how I shape the way I live and how I’d prefer to die?
Helena currently lives in South Africa but we pushed through our times zone differences and have been collaborating to create a wonderful online series exploring life cycles and the wisdom they hold in our current lives.

Crispin Sargent
Crispin is the founder of Chun Hwa LLC, Transition Care Planning. She has been in the transition care planning world for over thirty years and is considered a staple in her community. Crispin is a third generation Denverite, yoga teacher, and Reiki master. Crispin and I are working together to create a complete guide to the end of life care. She will cover legal and financial aspects like advanced directives and last will and testament while I will cover emotional and logistical aspects like vigil planning and working with hospice.
